Payments:

I accept Paypal (No E-Checks, please) and RME.
If you are able to pay with funded Paypal or wish to pay with RME please contact me.

Returns:

If you have any problems with your purchase I will work to correct them to the best of my ability, as I wish all of my customers to leave satisfied with my products! However, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. All payments and sales are final.

Shipping:

I will ship my items anywhere in the world.
Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote!

I WILL SHIP TO AN APO/FPO just contact me first so I can get you all squared away! As a military mama and wife I'd like to extend something special to other military families SO DO CONTACT ME!!

Immediately available items ship within 3 business days (usually next day) via US Postal Service unless you contact me prior to purchase about other shipping arrangements. Items that will not ship immediately state so in their listing.
Delivery Confirmation is INCLUDED. Insurance is OPTIONAL, but highly recommended (US CUSTOMERS ONLY).

Applicable customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs forms will be filled out exactly as required by postal regulations.

Please be kind and remember to return to your Hyenacart account and leave feedback if you are satisfied with your purchase! If you have any concern with an item, please do not leave negative feedback until you have contacted me and I have exhausted all avenues to correct the issue.

Non-Paying Customers

I HATE to include this, but I must...
I will attempt to contact you via the email provided to me by Hyenacart. If I do not hear from you or receive payment within 3 days, the item(s) will be relisted (or offered to another entrant for auctions/drawings, at my discretion) and your account will be flagged for non-payment through Hyenacart's feedback system.
